Join us for a morning dedicated to disconnecting from the world & reconnecting with yourself, right in the heart of Ouseburn. - Saturday, 18th April - 9.30am-2.30pm 9.30-11.30am: 'Magic Movement' Acro Masterclass with Bryony @ The Tower, Stepney Road, NE2 1TZ 11.45-12.45pm: Sauna + Cold plunge @ Saela Sauna, Cobalt Studios, Back yard, Stepney Road, NE2 1TZ 1pm onwards: Meal @ The Food Unit, The Tower, Stepney Road, NE2 1TZ All locations are in close proximity to each other so there is no need to arrange transport between places. We’re so lucky to be surrounded by wonderful local businesses and can’t wait to enjoy them together with you. ‘Magic Movement’ with Bryony - £35 We’re thrilled to host our first guest instructor! Bryony brings 15 years of teaching experience from all around the world, combining Pole Dance, Floorwork, Aerial Hoop, Acrobatics, and Flexibility into her signature Magic Movement Masterclass. This floor-based session will cover: - Strengthening techniques - Mobility exercises - Tips for deepening flexibility - Acrobatics: handstands, elbowstands, headstands - Her favourite floorwork tricks, made into a flow There is no pressure in her classes to be a certain way. Bryony welcomes you to explore your body’s movement, try something new and most importantly, have fun! Every body is welcome. Every BODY is unique. Attendees will receive a lovely hand-curated gift bag too! Sauna + Cold plunge @ Saela Sauna - £16 Add 1 hour of rest and reset to your retreat experience. Select this add-on when booking. We’ll handle the rest and provide details on what to bring closer to the day. Meal @ The Food Unit We’ll finish the retreat by refuelling together with a lovely meal. Choose between Vietnamese or Mexican street food, seafood, or pizza from next door. There is also a bar on-site. Select whatever you fancy, at your own expense. Meal is not included in tickets, but please select the add-on if you intend to join us so we can make table reservations accordingly. Cancellation Policy
Registrations for workshops and courses close 24 hours before start time - this is to enable sufficient planning and preparation of equipment. Workshop and course bookings are non-refundable. Please arrive on time. If you are going to be late, please let the coach know so the workshop can be adjusted to minimise disruptions for those who have already arrived. Remove jewellery, particularly rings and bracelets, before aerial and gymnastics style classes. This is for your own safety and to prevent damage to equipment. We encourage taking photos and videos in class as a learning tool and to track progress. To ensure this does not become a distraction, the coach will allocate time(s) for photography and filming as part of the lesson plan. Equipment is shared in our aerial sessions. Please be supportive and considerate of others whom you may be sharing equipment with, and be mindful of others in the background when taking photos and videos. Prior to attending your first session with us, please visit the T&Cs section at the bottom of our website and complete the relevant documentation.
