Service Description
This is a floor-based class designed to improve your strength & flexibility. Each session focuses on specific acro skills such as splits, bridges, handstands, and more. This class is open to all levels. Whether you're new to acro or a pro, this class will help you achieve your personal goals through fun and personalised progressions. £7 per session or included as part of our monthly passes. Cancellation Policy
All class bookings should be made via this website. Registrations and cancellations are allowed up to 4 hours before class time. We understand it is not always possible to commit to a booking far in advance. If you wish to attend after registrations have closed, please get in touch on 07759433256 to ensure that this can be accommodated. To maintain the quality of our classes, we cannot let you participate without prior notice or if our class is at full capacity. This policy will help us offer the best classes that we possibly can. Due to the nature of our personalised in-person classes, sufficient time is required to plan lessons and make adjustments to equipment/rigging to cater to the needs of participants in attendance. Please arrive on time. If you are going to be late, please let the coach know so the lesson can be adjusted to minimise disruptions for those who have already arrived. Remove jewellery, particularly rings and bracelets, before aerial and gymnastics style classes. This is for your own safety and to prevent damage to equipment. We encourage taking photos and videos in class as a learning tool and to track progress. To ensure this does not become a distraction, the coach will allocate time(s) for photography and filming as part of the lesson plan. Equipment is shared in our aerial classes. Please be supportive and considerate of others whom you may be sharing equipment with. Use the time that you have off the equipment as a break to rest and recover before your next attempt, unless the coach has advised otherwise. If it is your first in-person lesson with us, please arrive 10-15 minutes early as you will be asked to fill in a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire and disclaimer before class.
